Recette personnelle d’un gâteau au
chocolat
à déguster tiède ou froid
Personal recipe for a chocolate cake that is eaten lukewarm or cold

Ingredients :
250 g black chocolate
75g almond powder
5 eggs
125g unsalted butter
150g sugar
Recipe :
1- Separate the yolks and egg whites
2- Melt the chocolate with the butter
3- In a bowl mix the egg yolks with sugar. Add the melted chocolate and butter. Add the
almond powder.
4- In an other bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and
add them to the preparation
5- Pour the mixture into a buttered pan
6- Bake in oven at 200°C for 20 minutes

La mousse au chocolat
Ingredients :
200 g black chocolate
5 eggs
10 g unsalted butter
Recipe :
1- Separate the yolks and egg whites
2- Melt the chocolate with the butter
3- In a bowl mix the egg yolks with the melted chocolate and butter.
4- In an other bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and add them to the preparation slowly
5- Pour the mixture into 5 or 6 small bowls
6- Put the bowls into the fridge about 7 hours
